All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order being placed (Monday to Friday only)
We use Royal Mail and Various Couriers:
- First class recorded (1-3 day delivery) £5.50
- Courier (3-5 day delivery) £4.50
We do not post out or deliver on Saturday, Sundays or Public Bank holidays.
Europe and Worldwide Shipping
We do ship worldwide, but due to restrictions on sending nail polishes out of the UK, we can only use a courier service, therefore email us for an accurate quote.
We now use an international broker when sending parcels abroad, and when login you will be asked if you wish to remain on our site or default to our broker.
Returns and exchanges
- We do not cover your shipping costs back to us and it is your responsibility to ensure that product reach us in the some condition as when sent out.
- All sales are final and cancellations due to change of mind are not accepted.
- We are happy to accept a return in the event of you ordering the wrong item, providing it is unused and as delivered, still in its original packaging and that is dispatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.
- Please contact us at [email protected] and let us know what you are returning and why. A 20% admin charge will be added for products to be exchanged/returned as well as postage.
- Please remember to indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange please remember to identify what item you would like in exchange.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability.
- Generally exchanges take 2-3 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area.
- Your payment will be credited back to your PayPal account.
- Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
- If a faulty item, then photographic evidence will be required.
Your items should be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt by you. Late returns may not be refunded or exchanged.
